a) According to me i think i have got Democratic Leadership style because i really like to work in a team. Democratic leaders make the final decisions, but they include team members in the decision-making process. They encourage creativity, and people are often highly engaged in projects and decisions. As a result, team members tend to have high job satisfaction and high productivity. I personally believe that the democratic leadership style should be used by every leader and person. If you are debating on buying a house with your family, you should probably consult them right?
